Important dates for Participants

  • From now on: Send your company logo and URL to link to in order to appear on the Smart Agrifood Summit website, in the Participants section.
  • 8 September: Deadline for payment of all stand and contracted services.
  • Before 15th September: Sending of the final artwork of the graphic elements of your stand.
  • 27th of September: Day of receipt of exhibitors' merchandise. The shipment of stand merchandise must be scheduled by the exhibitor for this date. The organisation will deposit it at the stand.
  • 28th September: Stand set-up day by the exhibitor during uninterrupted hours from 8:30am to 9:30pm.
Vehicles will not be allowed inside the pavilion. Trolleys are available to transport your materials from the loading yard to your stands.
Assembly companies must be duly accredited at the entrance control of the loading and unloading bay. Without this requirement, they will not be able to access the FYCMA facilities.

  • 29 and 30 September: Smart Agrifood Summit.
  • 30th September and 1st October: Dismantling days.
  • Dismantling times: Friday 30 September, from 15.30h to 21.30h and Saturday 1 October, from 8:30h to 15:00h.

Shipment and Collection of Goods

The shipment of merchandise must be scheduled to be delivered to FYCMA on September 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Goods collection may take place on October 1st from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on October 2nd from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The collection of this merchandise must be managed by the exhibitor.
